Service Provision: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the service for personal, non-commercial use.
Changes to Service: In accordance with the Kenya Information and Communications Act, we shall provide a notice period of at least fourteen (14) days before effecting any material changes to the programming service or channel allocation .
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process (e.g., name, address, contact details). We are required by law to maintain your address and telephone number on record at our business office .
Subscription Fees: The cost of subscription, including any installation or maintenance fees, will be clearly communicated to you in writing before purchase . Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Billing Procedures: Billing will occur on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Our billing and complaints procedures are available upon request and are published on our website .
Permitted Use: You may not record or broadcast our content via radio or television, or redistribute it via the internet, without our express written permission.
Parental Guidance: In compliance with the Kenya Information and Communications Act, we provide mechanisms (such as PIN-protected parental controls) that parents or guardians may use to control access to broadcast content that they may consider inappropriate for minors . It is your responsibility as a parent or guardian to utilize these tools.
We strive to provide a high-quality, buffer-free experience with 99% uptime. However, service quality may be affected by factors outside our control, such as your internet service provider (ISP) speed or local network congestion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service and this agreement if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best IPTV Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, specifically the Kenya Information and Communications Act .
